This is the most unprofessional place EVER, but, unfortunately, one of the very few in town. I went to the store back in May to order a marker for my husband. They took all the details and lettering, and called me back a few days later to confirm the drawing and pay (750..) in full. The drawing was correct, we paid and was told it would take 12 weeks to get it back and installed; well, this is October 4, and my marker is no way to be found, they don't give you any explanation, the guy that attends the store was very rude, also promising he would call me "right back" , the "right back" took 24 hours, and I had to call them again, then he says he did called me...I have caller ID, he DID NOT called me.
He is sending my money back (so he says), but I lost over 4 months waiting for these "Mickey Mouse" to comply with the contract that I signed May 31st. My husband died March 17th, and still don't have a marker.
Do yourself a favor and DON"t do business with these people, they are flaky, irresponsible and UNPROFESSIONAL.Added May 06, 2017 by Lilly Leveille
